The story of the setting more or less begins when the Emperor’s favorite son betrays him, joins the forces of Chaos and mortally injures the Emperor.

From that moment on, the Emperor is kept alive on the golden throne with which he with his last powers still keeps the web network through space, with which humanity travels through the Warp (the realm of Chaos) open and the forces of Chaos. keep your distance.
