Rudi (57) has become a suspect in infanticide incestuous relationship with his son with the initials E (25). Rudi threatened the death penalty for the case.
The Head of the Banyumas Police, Kombes Edy Suranta Sitepu explained that from the results of the investigation that had been carried out, the police charged Rudi with multiple articles. Among them are articles on premeditated murder and articles related to the Child Protection Act.
“We have charged the suspect with Article 340 of the Criminal Code for premeditated murder, which carries the death penalty and maximum life imprisonment. Then Article 80 paragraph 4 (UU) concerning Child Protection. We will continue to carry out in-depth investigations and investigations,” Edy told reporters, as reported detikJatengWednesday (28/6/2023).
From the results of the investigation, his party had confiscated evidence at the first crime scene in the form of a baby’s bones and a negligee.
“We confiscated evidence of bones wrapped in negligee clothes,” he explained.
Apart from that, from other crime scenes the police also managed to find other baby bones along with some cloth. This cloth was allegedly used to wrap the bodies of the poor babies.
