Ironically, the victim is his own stepson with the initials CSD (16).

From the police examination, the perpetrator of the rape of his stepson has been carried out from 2019 to 2020.

“From the perpetrator’s confession, he slept with the victim five times,” said Cirebon Police Chief Kombes Pol M Syahbudi. Among.

Reported aunt

The rape case committed by the perpetrator was revealed after the victim gave birth.

The victim’s aunt who found out was shocked. Moreover, the perpetrator is the victim’s stepfather.

Not receiving the perpetrator’s lecherous act, the aunt finally reported it to the police.

“If the victim’s mother covers up the perpetrator’s actions, the one who reports is her aunt,” said Head of the Police Service Unit for Women and Children (PPA) of the Cirebon Police, Iptu Dwi Hartati.

As a result of his father’s lecherous act, the victim is currently still experiencing severe trauma.

For almost a year being a victim of her father’s rape, CSD did not dare to report it to other people for fear of threats from the perpetrator.

“During this year, the victim was also threatened by the perpetrator not to tell his actions,” he said.

The rape was committed by the perpetrator when the mother was not at home. It was also done when his wife was asleep.

For his actions, the perpetrator was charged with Law Number 17 of 2016 in lieu of Law Number 23 of 2002 concerning Child Protection. Perpetrators face a maximum prison sentence of 15 years.
