This is what the father of the girl with 400 stitches, Krasimir, said first on NOVA on the air of “Hello, Bulgaria”.

On whether the investigators treated the case of cruelty with the necessary attention, he commented: “This is a thread in which too many organizations are tied. There are also people in the whole thing who I guess did a good job. People from First RU immediately identified the alleged perpetrator. He was then remanded in custody. Apparently, however, there is a thread breaking somewhere”.
It became clear that only that day the investigators found out about the threats made by the detainees to the girl. Krasimir did not know about them, as he found out later. “I have seen the person in question once or twice, I don’t even know him. I was against this attitude of my daughter with him. I understood some jealousy, but not to such an extent that it would lead to such consequences,” the father added.

The parent found out about the case from the policeman on duty, who explained to him that it was a fight. “I thought it was a group of teenagers and there was some kind of domestic dispute between them. When I arrived on site, things were not like that. I will not comment on what was inside the home,” he said.
Krasimir wants a fair punishment. “There are authorities to determine what charges should be brought.” We want justice. Characterizing it as “minor bodily harm” is insane and we will not leave it at that. We will fight for a change that must be made by the legislators sent by us”, he stressed.
