Father of 102 makes his wives use contraception – Africa

A Ugandan farmer who has 102 children from 12 wives and 568 grandchildren has decided to stop raising his family for financial reasons. Musa Hasaya, 67, forced his wives to use contraception so they could have enough money for food.

“My income is getting lower and lower due to rising living expenses and my family is getting bigger and bigger. I took wives one after another. How can one be satisfied with a woman,” she says.

Hasaya and her family live in Lusaka, Uganda. Polygamy is permitted there. She claims to know by sight which woman her children are from.
