The Iraqi governorate of Diwaniyah witnessed a heinous crime, in which a person killed his daughter after she accidentally published a clip in which she appeared on the “Tik Tok” application, according to what was reported by the Iraqi Women’s Rights Organization to support women and families.
And the organization stated, in a statement reported by the Iraqi news website, “Alsumaria News”, yesterday, that “a father killed his 10-year-old daughter because a video of her spread on the (Tik Tok) application in Diwaniyah Governorate, southern Iraq.”
According to the organization, a woman who appears to be the child’s mother said that the father violently beat the little girl, then began to strangle her, explaining: “I tried to defend her, but he hit me and then continued to abuse the child.”
