The accusation against 34-year-old Y. is: intentional bodily harm, threats and insults. The defendant is said to have attacked the injured party A. in front of a kindergarten on Sievekingsallee on June 28, 2022 at around 8:05 a.m. The two men’s children had previously argued.
34-year-old defends himself against a penalty order
When A. fell to the ground after the attack, Y. is said to have kicked him in the face. Y. insulted the injured party as a “son of a bitch” and threatened to kill him. During the attack, A. briefly lost consciousness. The victim was later diagnosed with a fracture of the orbital floor and a fracture of the right ring finger.
