Five people have been arrested after two people were stabbed in Kristiansand late Wednesday.

A man in his 20s and his father were stabbed in connection with an incident of violence in Voiebyen in Kristiansand, the Agder police district reported on Twitter.
The two injured were treated in hospital, but neither of them had life-threatening injuries.
– We have control of two men who have been stabbed and are now looking for perpetrators, operations manager Øyvind Hægeland in Agder police district told VG late Wednesday.
On Thursday morning, a total of five people were arrested, suspected of having been involved in the crime.
The police do not currently know more about the background to the incident or whether there was any relationship between the accused and the two victims.
The stabbing took place in connection with a house.
– We have a technician on site and have initiated questioning of a number of witnesses. We will form a picture of what has happened, Hægeland said on Wednesday night.

There were several people on site and the operations manager says there were riots before the stabbing.
– What do you mean?
– There has been an incident between the offended and the perpetrators.
– We know that there are several people who have left the place and now the police want to map the course of events and talk to those involved and witnesses who have been at the place, says operations manager Stian Pauschert to NTB.
