In Mierlo, North Brabant, a woman died on the street in front of her home after a stabbing. The police have arrested a suspect, probably the woman’s partner.
The suspect and the woman lived in the same home. The man was arrested in the area shortly after the incident.
Children
Children were also present in the home. They suffered minor injuries and were taken to hospital for examination. The nature of their injuries is unclear.
The police do not report how many children there are. According to Omroep Brabant there are five. The husband, wife and children all lived at the same address.
The police are investigating the scene and do not yet have any more details about the victim or the circumstances. “A lot is still unclear,” the police said.
