NYPD will not press charges against the driver of the truck that struck and killed a pedestrian and bicyclist on the Upper East Side.
According to investigators, shortly before 9:30 a.m. Friday, the truck heading west on 61st Street struck the victims as it turned onto Third Avenue.

Both victims: Delfino Eduardo Maceda and Taurino Rosendo Morales were taken to the Weill Cornell Medical Center, where their death was certified.
Another person was beaten and slightly injured.
The driver remained at the scene.
