The main hypothesis is that an argument occurred between the two men. The assailant plunged a kitchen knife into his roommate, fatally injuring him.
An ambulance from the emergency service went to the house to treat the injured man, who died right there.
The neighbours, alerted by the noise and the shouting, called the Emergency Department and the Civil Guard, who went to the scene, arrested the alleged murderer and took charge of the investigation.
