Karawang – A sad story comes from the mother of Muhammad Nazaki (Zaki), one of the victims who died in an accident on the Jakarta Cikampek KM 58 toll road, Karawang, West Java Monday, April 8 2024.
Yuyun, as the victim’s mother, could not hold back her tears when she found out that the son she missed so much died in the incident.
According to Yuyun, Zaki had indeed given him the news that he would be going home to celebrate Eid al-Fitr in his hometown with his family. He is also scheduled to be the guardian of his older sister’s marriage after Eid.
“Yes, the plan is to stay in touch and he also wants to be a guardian (marriage) for his older brother who wants to get married. The problem is that his father is no longer there,” said Yuyun in the program tvOne Main Newsviewed Tuesday 9 April 2024.
Yunun said he had no idea that his child would become a victim in this incident. The reason is, originally Zaki wanted to go home using a motorbike.
“This is the first time he (Zaki) has gone home using a travel car,” said Yuyun.
Before this incident, Yuyun had communicated with Zaki. His son told him he was going home by motorbike.
“Mah, Aa wants to go home Monday night’. ‘Yes, Aa, so what will Aa ride?’. ‘Aa wants to go by travel, but the travel is full’ he said. ‘I don’t want it if it’s full, I’ll just use a motorbike’ he said,” said Yuyun. .
After that conversation, Yuyun no longer knew about her child. Anxiety prompted Yuyun to continue asking about Zaki via WhatsApp and telephone, but he could not be contacted.

Yuyun’s worry turned into panic when her child didn’t arrive until noon.
“After that I WA, ‘Where are you going?’ “But the cellphone was no longer active, the calls were also not active. ‘Where is Aa, God, what’s wrong with this’. I said that,” said Yuyun.
Not long after, Yuyun was visited by a travel agency representative. They asked for Zaki’s personal data and took Yuyun to the office.
“‘This is Zaki’s house? Ask KK’ he said, ‘what for? Zaki’s on his way’. ‘Yes, he said there was a problem with his car’. Didn’t say it was an accident, just said the car had a problem,” said Yuyun.
Arriving at the office, Yuyun’s body immediately felt weak when she found out that Zaki was gone. He admitted that he could only surrender to accept the fate determined by the Creator.
“When I found out, he said the car had caught fire. Then I (knew) oh Zaki was dead. Yes, I just gave up, this was God’s fate. Maybe this was the best way for Zaki,” said Yuyun.
