Fatal Accident Involving Bulgarian-Registered Shooting Range in Turkey

Two people died after a shooting range with Bulgarian registration overturned on the D100 highway. The incident took place near the village of Beygirszioglu, in the Corum district of Turkey.

At the time of the accident, the shooting range was lit and burned.

One of the dead is the truck driver, and the other is unidentified.

People from the village informed the local authorities about the accident. Teams of the fire service from the villages of Kargu and Osmandjuk arrived at the scene and began extinguishing the fire, which was extinguished.

Due to the accident, the highway was closed to traffic and a long line of cars was formed.

Turkish authorities have launched an investigation of the causes of the accident.

It is believed that the shooting range overturned because the driver lost control of the steering wheel.
