The trial

Three defendants are appearing today. Anthony Roccasalva, the 28-year-old school minibus driver, was under the influence of drugs. Gwénael Colas, was driving the truck which hit the minibus. He says he is very marked by the event. He had to be hospitalized in psychiatry for 3 months.

He even had elements relating to the accident tattooed on his body, such as a broken clock. This Tuesday morning, before the magistrates, the 31-year-old man admitted to having driven too fast. 90km / h instead of the 80km / h authorized on the section of road concerned.

Today, he still has trouble explaining his gesture.

Finally, the Bourlin transport company, delegatee of the school transport market in Pourrières, is being sued for not having respected the route defined by the contract which binds it to the Var department. The type of vehicle used that day was also not compliant.

The requisitions are expected this afternoon. The judgment will be reserved at a later date.
