During 6 – 9 April 2023, a moderate high pressure area or cold air mass from China will extend its ridge to cover northeastern Thailand. and the South China Sea Causing the south wind and southeast wind to bring moisture from the Gulf of Thailand and the South China Sea to cover upper Thailand While Thailand has hot to very hot weather. This characteristic causes summer storms in upper Thailand to occur. There will be thunderstorms, gusty winds and hail in some places, including lightning may occur in some areas. It will begin to affect the lower northeastern and eastern regions first, while the central region including Bangkok and its vicinity and the northern region will be affected in the future.
