TBILISI, Feb 1 – Sputnik. The first trailer of Georgia’s most anticipated Hollywood blockbuster of 2020, The Fast and the Furious, appeared on the network.
Filming of the central episodes of the film took place on the streets of Tbilisi and Rustavi.
In a three-minute video, residents of Georgia can see their native streets, on which serious passions flared up. It is worth noting that the trailer has about 5 million views in less than a day.

Filming of the famous franchise took place in Tbilisi in the summer of 2019 as part of the Shoot in Georgia project, implemented by the Produce in Georgia program of the Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development.
The American blockbuster replenished the state treasury of Georgia by 32 million lari (more than $ 10 million). The amount included the rental of equipment, premises and staff. Filming took place on the central streets of Tbilisi and Rustavi for longer than a month. The setup and collection of technical equipment took place at the Expo Georgia Exhibition Center.
