“The cancellation of our Fasent events does not mean that the Fasent in Hasle has been canceled,” the guild remains optimistic. The guild of fools set a first impulse with the digital proclamation of the Fasentmottos in 2021. “De Haslacher has the fascination in his blood, if you have to with an aluminum hat. With decency it’s called Narri Narro, and by far anyway”: This guiding principle should carry the Haslacher through the crazy times and set no limits to the creativity of the Haslacher fools.
It is planned that the Städtle will be decorated with Fasents ribbon as usual. Furthermore, the shop windows of the Haslach retailers should be designed foolishly, which is currently being agreed with the HGH.
“At the Kernfasent we will delight the Haslacher fools with small video clips”, the guild announced. “And we would like to invite all real fools to take their hats out onto the street. Wear it when you go shopping at the weekly market or in the supermarket. Go to work as a knight or as a shirt-glunker to work,” calls the guild.
Anyone can submit video clips
“It is up to you to fill a Fasent 2021 with life,” the fools appeal to their fellow citizens. In addition, they call on the kindergartens and schools to shout out a foolish motto and encourage the children to come to kindergarten or school in disguise. “Even if no kindergarten or school storm can take place, many children look forward to the crazy time and to dressing up, which we expressly welcome.”
The Fasent 2021 should culminate in a digital Fasent show, which is to be broadcast on Fasent Sunday, February 14th. And for this show to be a real success, it needs the creative will of all Haslach fools. Therefore, the Haslach guild asks all local fools, cliques, clubs, groups and musicians, who have enriched the Haslacher Fasent so far, to make a small video clip. “You are completely free as to the content,” it says. You could film a foolish move through the house with the family, show a sketch, recite a joke, a string – data protection and personal rights must be observed! – bring or show a crazy costume and much more.
The video clip should not be longer than three to four minutes, be filmed in landscape format and have good light and sound quality.
Anyone who has good ideas but needs help with the technology should simply contact the fools’ guild. “We have rededicated our guild house as a studio and offer interested parties the opportunity to shoot the clips, also in front of the green screen. An email to [email protected] is sufficient to make an individual appointment.
The deadline for submitting video clips is Thursday, February 4th. The finished videos are also emailed to [email protected]. The currently applicable corona protective measures must be observed when shooting. More information on the show “Fasent in Hasle 2021 – A Corona Best Of”, which will be moderated by Manuel Seitz, Benjamin Fauz and Tobias Rauber, will be communicated promptly, according to the Narrenzunft.
The Haslacher fools guild looks back on a long tradition. She is herself a founding member of VSAN. Usually in Haslach between the traditional fiber opening and Ash Wednesday there is foolish hustle and bustle at events such as purring, parade, Klepperles competition, children’s fiber and much more. Social events will not be able to take place this year. The measures to contain the corona pandemic put a spanner in the works.
