The Hague warns that dangerous situations can arise due to ‘reckless driving of tractors’. In addition, the farmers’ protest has not been reported. A demonstration is nevertheless allowed, provided participants adhere to the rules. “But with people, not with material as a means of coercion”, the municipality adds emphatically.
