Farmer Steffi and Roel, known from the TV program ‘Boer seeks Woman’, became the proud parents of a son this week: Jop. “Jop is doing very well. He drinks well, sleeps well and is very satisfied. He has large hands and feet, so we already call him the ‘huge van Boekel'”, they say on the KRO-NCRV website .
Steffi and Roel already had a child, Sterre (2). She is also happy with her little brother. “Sterre is super sweet to Jop. Very cute to see. As a family we are now in a kind of bubble. We are very aware of what the four of us are currently experiencing.”
“I’ll take him to the horses soon.”
If it is up to Steffi and Roel, the new baby can get used to life on the farm as soon as possible. “Just like Sterre, I will take him to the horses very quickly. He will not be older than a month when he sees a horse for the first time,” Steffi said earlier.
Steffi and Roel met each other in 2018 through ‘Farmer seeks Woman’. Their experiences are still closely followed by fans of the popular TV program. Steffi noticed this again when she announced that she was pregnant with Jop. Her phone rang.
When she was pregnant with Sterre two years ago, she also experienced something similar. “But I expected it to be less now, because this is the second one. And we’ve been out Farmer seeks Woman for a while now.”
