Ariel Serdiuk (40), a farmer from the town of General Alvear, denounced a lawyer from work for threats, who in turn accused him of the same crime.
Meanwhile, Cristina Núñez (30), wife of the first, also denounced the lawyer before the First Section of Oberá.
In dialogue with El Territorio, Serdiuk explained that the lawyer in question is the current husband of his ex-wife, from whom he separated after 20 years of living together, during which time they had two children. They divorced in 2016, he said.
“My ex got tired of reporting me and took everything he had. First the house in Oberá and then a car. In November she married the lawyer and now she is demanding a fee from me. Last Tuesday he went with the Police and the Justice of the Peace from Alvear with the intention of taking my wife’s truck, but I did not let him because that is not mine. I have nothing, everything belongs to my current wife. There the lawyer threatened me, “he said.
That same afternoon, Serdiuk and his wife, along with their two young children, traveled to Oberá to meet with a lawyer, a circumstance in which they were reportedly approached by the accused professional.
“I don’t know if they were following us or just passed by, but he started insulting me and hit my little girl. He told me that he is going to kill me or that he is going to have me killed. That is why I am very afraid and I ask for protection for my family ”, the farmer stressed.
For his part, the lawyer in question provided his explanation in this regard and dismissed the accusations against him.
“The Justice ordered him to pay 70 thousand pesos in fees because he left his ex-wife and children without electricity and water and lost his trial. I went to the home in Alvear and he received us in a bad way, he threatened me and I could not verify the assets he has. He is a person who is acting badly, that’s why he has problems, “said the lawyer.
