Dodge Unleashes Final Edition Durango SRT 392 "Alchemi"

Dodge is bidding farewell to its iconic eight-cylinder Durango SRT 392 with a special edition model called the "AlcHEMI." This limited-edition SUV packs a potent punch, boasting a 6.4-liter V8 engine that churns out an impressive 475 horsepower and 637 newton-meters of torque. This translates to a blistering 0 to 60 mph sprint in a mere 4.4 seconds and a top speed electronically limited to 155 mph.

Performance is amplified by an all-wheel drive system, ensuring optimal traction and handling. Externally, the Alchemi is distinguished by a range of striking features. "It’s equipped with 20-inch wheels and bold yellow accents that streak across the bodywork," the company announced. These accents extend to the Brembo brake calipers, adding a touch of visual flair to the SUV’s already muscular stance.

Inside, the six-seater cabin is a haven of luxury, featuring carbon fiber trim and seats stitched with contrasting yellow thread. A sense of exclusivity is further enhanced by unique "Alchemi" badging throughout.

The Alchemi will be offered in a choice of captivating colors: Diamond Black, Destroyer Grey, Vapor Gray, and White Knuckle.

"A total of 1,000 Durango SRT 392 "AlcHEMI" cars will be released," it was revealed.

Whilepecific pricing for the U.S. market will be announced later, it is expected to be a premium model befitting its limited-edition status and high-performance capabilities. Those interested in owning a piece of Dodge history will need to act swiftly, as this limited-edition model is highly anticipated to sell out quickly.

Potential buyers should be aware that the Alchemi’s fuel economy is estimated at 15.7 liters per 100 kilometers, resulting in CO2 emissions of 381 grams per kilometer. This reflects the powerful engine’s thirst for fuel.
