According to China’s official manned spaceflight news,The Tianzhou-4 cargo spacecraft will reenter the controlled atmosphere on November 15, 2022 Beijing time, as scheduled.
At that point, most of the spacecraft will be ablated and destroyed in the re-entry process, and a small amount of debris will fall into the predetermined safe sea area of the South Pacific.
Earlier, at 14:55 on November 9, the Tianzhou-4 cargo spacecraft, which had completed its scheduled mission, successfully evacuated the space station complex and entered the independent flight phase.
The Tianzhou-4 cargo spacecraft was launched into orbit at the Wenchang launch site in Hainan on May 10, 2022, delivering about 6 tons of supplies to the space station.
In addition, the Shenzhou 14 astronaut crew was successfully launched at 14:18 on November 13th.Tianzhou-5The cargo compartment door successfully entered the Tianzhou-5 cargo spacecraft at 15:03 after completing environmental tests and other preparatory work.
In the follow-up, the astronaut crew will perform related work such as cargo transfer as planned.
