What is specified in GEO 67/2023

Emergency Ordinance 67/2023 regarding the establishment of a temporary measure to combat a significant increase in the prices of certain agricultural and food products applies until the end of this year.

The foods found on the list are:

  1. Bright white bread weighing between 300-500 grams, no specialty;
  2. Drinking 1 liter cow’s milk, 1.5% fat, except UHT;
  3. Big cow telemea cheese;
  4. Plain yogurt from cow’s milk, 3.5% fat, with a maximum weight of 200 grams;
  5. White wheat flour “000” up to 1 kilogram;
  6. Scoop up to 1 kilogram;
  7. M caliber chicken eggs;
  8. sunflower oil up to 2 liters;
  9. Fresh chicken meat*;
    * Chicken meat, in the implementation of this emergency order, means: whole chicken, chicken cutlets, whole chicken legs with bones and chicken wings, the standard version.

  11. Fresh vegetables in bulk ***;

  12. Mostly new product ****;
    **** Fresh fruit mainly, in the implementation of this emergency order, means red and golden apples, plums, pears, table grapes.
  13. Large new white potatoes;
  14. Throw white sugar up to 1 kilogram;

  16. butter up to 250 grams;
