At the moment, and so it will be until 2023, the Rai license fee is paid through the electricity bill, deferred in ten installments of 9 euros each. Starting next year, everything will return to the way it was before 2016, when the then Renzi government decided to transfer the tax to the electricity bill. Payments that are made at different intervals but that allow you to get back even large sums. This is the case of arrears linked to civil disability, obtainable up to a maximum of 5 years depending on the situation. A ruling by the Court of Cassation prompted the government to increase the pension of total civil invalids. This means that, to the initial amount, an increase of one million was added for a total of 660 euros.
