The cult of Fares Bahlouli will not disappear anytime soon given the player’s performances in Ukraine with Metalist Kharkiv.
For the first day of Persha Liga the local second division championship, the former Lyon player was decisive by scoring his team’s two goals against Alyans Lypova Dolyna. The 26-year-old attacking midfielder could even have afforded a hat-trick but the opposing goalkeeper deflected his penalty.
The second goal is a wonder
Not content to offer the three points to Metal, promoted to the second national level this season, Bahlouli regaled on his second goal with a marvel of strike wound without control 25 meters from the opposing goals which lodged in the skylight. A new jewel in the collection of a player of undeniable talent, who one day we hope to see again the French lawns.
