“Far: The Story of a 50,000-Kilometer Journey” – Winter Open-Air Cinema Event in Beichel’s Courtyard

Kulturbunt is once again taking the plunge after a long time and is organizing a winter open-air cinema in Beichel’s courtyard. What would be better than a story that takes you around the world, in wind and weather, through all seasons, told in magnificent images, says a press release from kulturbunt.

Over a 50,000 kilometer journey

The film “Far” is about a 50,000-kilometer hitchhiking journey, from Germany across the oceans by ship and offspring to Mexico. “Far. “The Story of a Way Around the World” is a colorful and particularly authentic film about the extraordinary journey of a young couple who set off for the East, only to return home from the West three and a half years later.

Traveling on a budget

Without flying and with a small budget in their pockets, they explore the world, always accompanied by curiosity and spontaneity. The film is shot in Full HD and will be around 120 minutes long.

In the event of “Siberian cold” on the day of the open-air cinema, kulturbunt takes precautions: with hot stones and hot water bottles, warm food and drinks, the heart-warming hospitality of the Beichel family and – if it rains – with a roof over your head, the statement continues .

Advance ticket sales

The film will be shown on Friday, January 26th. Doors open at 7 p.m. and the film screening begins at 8 p.m.

The Beichels Hof is at Dalbergstrasse 75. The entrance fee is 16 euros, for kulturbunt members 14 euros.
