Far Cry 6 Premium Review ‘Can Lack of Innovation Ruin Fun?’

After weeks filled with content about and around Far Cry 6, the time has finally come. We are, of course, talking about the Review. It’s high time we took a closer look at the game. That we cross swords. Because the editors are quite divided about the end result. And so you get fireworks in this review. The question is of course whether Far Cry 6 has become a topper a la Far Cry 2 and 3. Or is this more a game for a certain target group? Boris, JJ & Jelle will answer all your questions in the premium review. Sit down for it.

A familiar face in the game

Boris, JJ & Jelle have dived into the world of Far Cry 6. They have explored the island of Yara. It is an island that strongly reminds us of Cuba. You could also notice that in our special stream this week. It was all about Cuba. We also made an item about the dictatorship & revolution in Latin America. What that continent does not seem to succeed in establishing a stable democracy. But now there’s part 6. A mutineer of a game that forced us to take a few extra days to really go through everything. How did the three experience the fight against dictator Antón Castillo? Top or flop?

Is this going to be the best Far Cry ever

Antón Castillo is of course Giancarlo Esposito with a Cuban touch. What was his role, what was the story like? Did it matter, or have we already forgotten about it? Is Far Cry 6 the best game in the series? Or is it mainly more of the same? And Ubisoft should really start thinking about a different formula. We have three opinions at the table with Boris, Jelle and JJ. Can they still find each other somewhere or will it be war at the desk? You will see all that in the premium review of Far Cry 6.
