Far Cry 6 appears to be released on May 26, according to Microsoft Store – Gaming – News

I really enjoyed Far Cry 3 and 4. The stories weren’t exactly literature or anything, certainly not. But the characters were fun as far as I was concerned (the bad guys).

These games were right for me in terms of atmosphere and vibe.

I finished Far Cry 5 but reluctantly. I had nothing to do with the story or the characters. I thought the gameplay was boring.

It seems as if modern games only play it safe to reach a large audience and therefore become uninspired shit, as far as I’m concerned.

I notice more and more that smaller indy games can appeal to me much more and that I can better seek refuge there.

I am curious what FC6 will be, but I fear the worst.
