Toylogic and PLAION announced on April 27th that the online fantasy action game “Warlanderannounced that the PS5/Xbox Series X|S version will be distributed for free on May 16th. The PC (Steam) version of this work has been released in advance, and cross-play will be supported on all platforms.
Warlander is an online fantasy action game for up to 100 players. It features a competitive action that combines hack-and-slash shooter strategy, and players can play as warriors who use swords and shields to slay enemies, wizards who use fire and lightning magic, and priests who are good at supporting and healing allies. Choose 1 out of 3 classes. Divide into 2 or 5 legions and engage in PvP battles and siege battles, ultimately aiming to invade the enemy’s stronghold and destroy the core.
In this work, you can enjoy a full-fledged siege battle using catapults, siege towers, buttering rams, etc. Furthermore, at the climax of the battle, great magic that completely changes the battle situation will appear, such as a meteor that destroys everything around you, a giant tornado, and a giant four-person robot. RPG elements such as customization of items and skills and character training are also available.
Season 1 will begin with the release of the PS5/Xbox Series X|S version announced this time, and players will be able to obtain new weapons, skins, emblems, titles, and more. Many new items will also be added to the in-game shop. Maps and skills also appear as new content. The details are as follows.

・Dawn Bridge B
A minor change of the existing “Dawn Bridge” stage. The whole stage is covered in fog, and the overall atmosphere has changed greatly. The position and number of towers, shields, and siege weapons have been changed, allowing you to enjoy a completely different game development.
・Moonlight Church
A new stage with the theme of “night battle”. Four catapults are installed in the center, and they play an important role in pushing up the front line. In addition, in the siege battle, it is in the form of attacking using two routes, Battering Ram and Siege Tower, and new strategies are required for both defense and attack.

・Divine Hammer
Build up your strength and unleash a powerful blow that blows away enemies within a circle around you and restores the HP of your allies. Power can be charged up to 3 stages, and the attack range/damage/recovery power/blowback power increases according to the charging time.
・Phoenix
Magician new rank 5 title “Inferno” dedicated ultimate. Summons a firebird to bombard a designated area and destroy gimmicks such as siege weapons.
Warlander is available on PC (Steam) for free basic play. The PS5/Xbox Series X|S version will also be available for free on May 16th.
