“One day a witcher comes into a tavern and says…” – this is exactly how CD Projekt RED reacted to an impressive cosplay by The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt from Polish fans. Several professional models skillfully portrayed characters from the game, acting out a scene in a tavern.
On pictures group cosplay you can see Geralt from Silvercos, Yennefer from Desdemona_ink, Triss from Xkillerwolf, Ciri performed by Driadazbrokilonu, Buttercup Magister_workshop, Priscilla from Redheadwitchpl and Avallac’ha, played by cosplayer StygianVI. The latter also acted as a photographer. The scene clearly depicts the heroes’ rest after difficult everyday life on the Path, and on the table you can see a game of dice, which was a mini-game in the first and second The Witcher.
CD Projekt RED did not stand aside, by publishing selection on its official page on social networks. The studio accompanied the photo with a humorous caption: “Do you know this joke? One day a witcher comes into a tavern and says…”
CD Projekt RED studio quite often shares fan art. For example, she recently showed art from a Kazakh artist, praising his work. And before that, the developers shared an impressive cosplay of Geralt in real armor.
