SERIES – The famous antagonist of “Breaking Bad” and “Better Call Saul” is back on the screens. Giancarlo Esposito, interpreter of Gustavo Fring, will head a series spin-off documentary from “Breaking Bad”And“Better Call Saul”.
Broadcast on the online platform ofAMC from July 9, it will be titled “The Broken and the Bad” and also produced by Vince Gilligan. This web series will be narrated and presented by Giancarlo Esposito himself.
Through themes that will recall the misadventures of the people in the two series, she will relate real criminal stories as well as other subjects that will speak to fans of the “Breaking Bad” universe such as electro-sensitivity, already discussed in “Better Call Saul ”.
From fiction to reality
The documentary will touch on themes related to the psychology of criminals, going back through the history of drug cartels and other criminal organizations, as well as other subjects that have not yet been revealed, says Konbini.
The series will also be interested in criminals who, by identifying themselves with the characters of “Breaking Bad”, tried to become the new Walter White and Jesse Pinkman, without success.
AMC will also broadcast a season 5 “Better Call Saul” marathon in the United States on the day of the show’s release, July 9.
