Fans and Critics Blame Al-Ittihad Coach Nuno Santo for Team’s Offensive Struggles

Hi Koura – After the draw with Al-Fayhaa, Al-Ittihad fans placed the blame entirely on coach Nuno Santo, because the team is currently with him without offensive solutions since Karim Benzema was injured, and in addition to that, there is a clear state of fatigue that has afflicted most of the players.

This made many Al-Ameed fans feel frustrated and doubtful about their team’s ability to compete locally and continentally if the situation continued like this.

Critics, for their part, believe that there are disasters committed by Nuno Santo Fe, whether in the Mercato last summer or even during the current season, which led to the decline of the Union in the past matches, and these disasters are:

1- Refusing to contract with Riyad Mahrez.

2- He refused to sign a contract with Sadio Mane.

3- Abdulaziz Al-Bishi was abandoned without a clear reason.

4- He marginalized Abdul Rahman Al-Aboud, which led to a crisis between the duo.

5- He requested a contract with Jota, which forced the club’s management to complete the deal for a record amount, then strangely abandoned him after his poor performance at the beginning of the season.

6- He insisted on Abdul Razzaq Hamdallah remaining and refused to sign another striker.
