Job Description
your missions:
1. Commercial Strategy:
– Develop strategic sales plans to achieve growth objectives.
– Analyze the market and identify growth opportunities.
2. Sales Management:
– Supervise the sales team and establish individual and team goals.
– Implement effective processes to optimize sales performance.
3. Marketing :
– Design and implement integrated marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness.
– Coordinate marketing efforts, including advertising, social media and events.
4. *Customer Management:
– Develop and maintain lasting relationships with key customers.
– Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any problems.
Job profile
Qualifications :
– University degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
– Relevant professional experience in management roles is preferred.
