Organized fans of Atlético and Cruzeiro fought in the streets of the Boa Vista neighborhood

Cruzeiro supporter Rodrigo Marlon Caetano Andrade, 25, died this Sunday afternoon after being shot in the chest during a general fight between Atletica and Cruzeiro residents in the Boa Vista neighborhood, east of Belo Horizonte. The information was passed on by the Military Police.
Rodrigo was sent in a very serious condition to the East UPA and went to the operating room. Afterwards, he was taken to Hospital João XXIII, in BH.
Initially, the Military Police had informed that the young man had died, but later said that the fan had a cardiac arrest and was resuscitated. However, the Cruzeiro fan could not resist the injuries.
The fight between the fans took place in the morning on Lassance Street, hours before the classic that will be played at 18:00, at Mineirão, for the ninth round of the Campeonato Mineiro.
The police received more than 30 calls to the fight. Upon arrival, the military had to call in reinforcements. Sticks, stones, chairs and rockets were used in the fight.
The confrontation scared residents, who hid inside their own houses. Merchants closed their doors.
The Military Police are still looking for the suspect of shooting the Cruzeiro fan.
