Event of this year’s Copa Augusta Antiracista

As part of this year’s Copa Augusta Antiracista, the Augsburg fan project invites you to the lecture “Perle im Block ?! Female ultraculture between adaptation and rebellion ”by Antje Grabenhorst.
Against the background of the traditional and anti-racist soccer tournament Copa Augusta Antiracista, the touring exhibition “@ fan.tastic.females” will be shown in Augsburg from mid-June. The project “Fan.tastic Females – Football Her.Story” tells the stories of female fan culture from the perspective of the protagonists. The exhibition is organized by the members of the Football Supporters Europe (FSE) network.
The exhibition takes place from June 15th to July 3rd at the city market (Viktualien- und Fleischhalle). The opening times of the exhibition are the same as those of the city market (Monday to Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Saturday from 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.). The exhibition can be seen on roll-ups. It is also possible to watch videos on the individual protagonists via QR code. Internet-enabled devices and headphones are required for this.
The exhibition begins with the lecture “Pearl in a Block ?! Female ultraculture between adaptation and rebellion ”by Antje Grabenhorst. This will take place on Tuesday, June 15, at 6.30 p.m. in the Augsburg city library. You will then have the opportunity to visit the exhibition at the city market. A total of 20 people can attend the lecture on site. It is also possible to follow the lecture virtually via the Zoom platform.
