Returns and Exchanges:
Our goal is to provide 5 star service and 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with any purchase from FootballShopOnline, you may return unused merchandise within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange. Goods must be wrapped in their original packaging and include all tags.
Return postage will only be refunded if the order received is incorrect or if the item is faulty (UK only). Customers outside the UK must contact us before delivery costs are incurred. Our customer service will request photos of the item and/or send a return label.
Please use the original delivery note included with your order so that we can identify your return. Alternatively, please include your full name, address and order number. If you wish to make a change, please indicate this on the delivery note.
Exceptions:
Please note that unless the item is faulty, we cannot accept returns of underwear under any circumstances, for reasons of hygiene. Make sure you order the correct size.
