The body of a senior Golkar politician, Fahmi Idris, has been buried at the Tanah Kusir TPU, South Jakarta. Before he died, Fahmi Idris always warned about education for his family.
“Being an inspirational figure for families, in particular, often warns about education and asks families to be united in the future and can be useful for others,” said Fahira Idris’ husband, Aldwin Rahadian, at Tanah Kusir TPU, South Jakarta, Sunday (22/5). /2022).
In addition, Fahmi Idris advised, especially Fahira and Aldwin, to immediately complete their doctoral education. This is because Fahira, Aldwin, and Fahmi started the education simultaneously in 2015.
“The message is, because in the past week I have often seen each other to be able to continue, I happened to be with my wife, Fahira is currently studying for a doctorate, but my father (graduated) first. He asked for our (education) to be completed, not me first (graduated), ” he explained.
“So I, as the son-in-law, of course he is an inspiration for all big families. Moreover, he warned about education and how to always contribute to the interests of many people. That is what he always instills in his daughters,” he continued.
Aldwin said Fahmi left two daughters. In addition, he left behind six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Then, after it was discovered that he had cancer, Fahmi Idris’s parents advised him to continue his doctoral school. Until finally Fahmi Idris received two doctoral degrees simultaneously, namely a doctoral in management and a doctoral in philosophy at UI.
“Lastly, he received an honorary title of professor from Padang State University. When he might have achieved all what he had wanted, it was suddenly because of the meloma factor, the blood cancer earlier, drop conditions,” explained Aldwin.
It is known that Fahmi Idris has been suffering from blood cancer since 2014. However, his condition had dropped in recent times.
“Plus there is trigger, the trigger is an infection so because of blood cancer, complications,” said Aldwin.
Then, on Wednesday (18/5), health Fahmi Idris drop and immediately rushed to the hospital. At the same time, her daughter, Fahira Idris, was in Sweden doing work.
“So the last few days with the drop condition, maybe waiting for his first daughter, Fahira. So when he arrived, early in the morning, and Fahira communicated, called, his father reacted wanting to talk but indeed there were many tools, and blood pressure and so on,” explained Aldwin.
“Not long about 10 minutes he left,” he continued.
