Residents of a house in Maastricht found a strangulation snake behind their television furniture on Tuesday, the regional animal ambulance writes on Facebook. According to 1Limburg is it a corn snake or red rat snake, which kills small prey by strangling them.-
Photos shared by Dierenambulance Maastricht show that the snake was hiding between the electricity cables.

Employees are looking for the reptile’s owner. For the time being, the snake is being collected by the animal ambulance.
