This year they will be delivered around 31,250 Family Housing Bonds (BFH) of the Techo Propio program, as estimated by the Ministry of Housing, Construction and Sanitation (MVCS).
This subsidy, which would be granted through the MiVivienda Fund, would be delivered in the Construction modality on Own Site.
That is, the voucher to be delivered, which will be the S / 25,800, is aimed at low-income families to build a home on their own land or in independent areas.
Which are the requirements?
To access this voucher the monthly income of your household must be equal to or less than S / 2,706 per month.
In addition, the land or the independent airs in which the house will be built must be registered in Public records, without charges or encumbrances.
It is also indicated that voucher beneficiaries must not have other land or housing, or have previously received this type of support from the State.
It is worth mentioning that this bond is non-refundable and the execution of the works will be in charge of a technical entity, that is, a company authorized by the MiVivienda Fund.
The beneficiary families must decide with which entity they will sign the contract for the construction of the property.
Other bonuses
These 31,250 are some of the 57,651 subsidies what is delivering the MVCS, the others correspond to the New Home Acquisition and Home Improvement modalities.
