February 02, 2024. /46TV/. All this is very difficult, unbearable and painful… But “keeping the disease in the county” is still possible. Olesya Kinash was diagnosed with cystic fibrosis, a cure for which has not yet been invented. But there is still hope. The main thing is to wait, to survive.
“The disease reminds itself again and again, with each new exacerbation, which is repeated more and more often,” says the mother of the young Kursk woman, Olga Kinash. “The disease is severe, with enormous complications, all of this is aggravated by the presence of a pseudomonas infection, which destroys the daughter’s lungs, as well as the presence of chlamydial and herpes infections in the blood.
Olesya Kinash’s condition was aggravated by the pneumonia she suffered, which dealt an even greater blow to her already seriously weakened immune system. Any virus is a real problem for a girl – the level of oxygen in the blood drops, various other diseases worsen.
Every six months Olesya has to go to Moscow for hospitalization. But sometimes it is not possible to make it to planned treatment – the girl is in the Kursk Regional Children’s Clinical Hospital.
In order to fight cystic fibrosis on a daily basis, special medical devices and components are needed: inhalers, consumables, vibration vests, breathing simulators, sterilizers, a trampoline, which facilitates the discharge of sputum…
– To maintain life and health, Olesya needs many medications. The state, of course, helps, but this is only a small part,” says my mother. “The situation is getting worse due to sanctions on the import into Russia of many medications that my daughter needs. Now we need to purchase some of the drugs, update consumables, and much more, until the issue of analogues and addiction to them is finally resolved. Therefore, we are again forced to turn to caring people for help.
The Kinash family is grateful to all the residents of Kursk who helped and are helping their daughter fight a serious illness… At the same time, Olesya herself is trying not to lose heart. She steadfastly endures all the hardships, ongoing treatment and tries to enjoy any little things that ordinary healthy people sometimes do not notice – for example, walks in the fresh air.
