Review File Back to bribery case kasus Saipul Jamil apparently not yet decided by Supreme Court. This makes Saipul still not free and still has to languish in prison for an undetermined time.
Saipul’s PK file is still in Jakarta Corruption Court to date. The file has not yet been sent to the Supreme Court for decision and trial.
This of course made the Saipul family feel disappointed. Samsul Hidayatullah Saipul’s brother was also surprised that the file had not been received by the Supreme Court.
“Yes, I am very disappointed, in fact, like this, the file has not yet gone to the Supreme Court,” said Samsul detikhot, Wednesday (30/6).
Hetty Herdianty as a lawyer, admitted that he had tried to get Saipul to be free as soon as possible. Hetty deliberately invites Saipul’s family to find out the real condition.
“So why did you bring Samsul here so we could coordinate the results of the PK. Well, we invite him to know and so he doesn’t get suspicious. We have tried to help Ipul as much as possible, by coming here, hoping that the defendant’s court will send the file to MA,” said Hetty.
“We are mothers, yes I am sad that my child’s file is complicated. It’s not about the law, just talking about conscience,” continued Hetty.
Saipul is said to often ask about the continuation of the case. That’s because Saipul can’t wait to breathe free air.
“Ipul asked Samsul, how come Ipul’s business hasn’t finished yet. Come here to know everything,” closed Hetty.
