In 2018 the man also stood before the court for sexual abuse, but was acquitted then. The OM appealed against this. That is still running.
In August last year a new declaration arrived and the doctor was arrested again. The examining magistrate let him go, but the man remained a suspect.
In the meantime, two patients have again reported. The Central Disciplinary College for Healthcare has meanwhile suspended the doctor for six months, according to the OM.
