The event is held every time on a topical nature topic, and its content is created by museum educators, often with the involvement of other natural science specialists – geologists, zoologists, botanists – whose daily work is more related to the creation of the museum’s collection and research.
Upon arrival at the museum, participants receive a specially prepared exercise book. Solutions should be sought together with parents in the museum expositions, museum educators also help to clarify them.
This time we will study the structure of mushrooms, learn how to recognize mushrooms and how to properly prepare them for eating, solve riddles of mushroom names, repeat the alphabet and learn five tips of a wise mushroom picker. Everyone will be able to make a postcard to send to someone with the useful wisdom of a mushroom picker.
You can participate in the family day between 11:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. (distribution of materials takes place until 3:30 p.m.). Please note that queues may form at the beginning of the museum’s working hours (11:00 a.m.). The tasks will take approximately 40-60 minutes to complete. Pre-registration for the family day is not required. Participation fee – museum entrance ticket + event ticket (3.00 euros for a family). Tickets can be purchased at Mobilly and at the museum box office.
