As part of the operation, the apartment owner suddenly attacked the officials. During the conflict, a police officer was injured on the hand and had to stop working. The 31-year-old was reported for resistance to law enforcement officers, the 27-year-old has to answer for a violation under the Infection Protection Act.

A caller told the police about a supposed party on Tegernseer Landstrasse. Several strips set out on the way, but only met two Munich residents at the given address, who listened to music there and drank beer. One of the two men lived in the apartment, the other was a guest. Both received an advertisement.

From Tuesday to Wednesday, officials again identified almost 300 violations. In 137 cases, those responsible had to be notified of these violations. Of these, 121 affected the exit restriction.

Two cases were particularly noticeable: Around 11:35 p.m., the police were called to a house on Landwehrstrasse. Six people celebrated a party there. They listened to music loudly and drank alcohol. Two of these people (a 22 year old and a 22 year old) lived there. The other four people (aged 20-30) were there for a visit. You have been given a reprimand. All six people present in the apartment were also reported for violating the Infection Protection Act.

Because drugs were also found in a 20-year-old, she received a complaint under the Narcotics Act.

Police dissolve party in Schwabing

Shortly before, a caller had announced that a party with loud music would take place in a house on Emanuelstrasse in Schwabing. Two patrols from police inspection 13 (Schwabing) drove to the location and met two women (22 and 45 years) in an apartment. Both women lived in the property, but the 22-year-old was from another apartment. They were not related and just wanted to visit each other.

In addition, the officials noticed a strong smell of marijuana in the apartment. Small amounts of marijuana were found in both women. Both were reported for violations under the Narcotics Act and for violations under the Infection Protection Act.
