Mediatonic, the developer of Fall Guys, has officially announced the theme for the upcoming third season of the hit party game. A first promotional image was shared on Twitter showing a winter theme.
Mediatonic did not just announce the theme of the new season, but did so by means of a gigantic jigsaw puzzle. No fewer than 300 fans, who each received a puzzle piece, had to work together to complete the puzzle. After a few hours of cutting and pasting, it was finally discovered what season 3 will be all about: winter.
Much more about season 3, which will be called Winter Knockout, is currently unknown. We do know thanks to Fall Guys community manager Oliver Hindle that season 3 will already contain a lot more new content (read: maps and costumes) than the current second season. We are curious!
It remains to be seen when season 3 will start exactly. The new season is expected to launch sometime in the second week of December.
