1. blue whale

They are the loudest-voiced animals on Earth, and even louder than a jet engine. Their sound can reach 188 decibels, while jet engines reach 140 decibels.

Killer whales use echolocation to communicate and hunt.
They will make a sound that continues to move underwater until they find an object, then bounces back, revealing the target’s location, size, and shape.
