Al-Marsad newspaper: The Egyptian authorities announced the arrest of a famous doctor who specialized in brain and nerve diseases, and who was frequented by many patients from all governorates. The Health Directorate in Al-Sharqiya Governorate, north of the country, said that the Free Treatment Department was able to arrest the so-called Muhammad Ibrahim, known as Dr. Muhammad Maarouf, who holds an industrial diploma, while he was signing a medical examination on a patient, and who was impersonating a neurologist, adding that it was proven that he works in many governorates without Having a license to practice the profession, he provides human medicine services to patients within a clinic complex in the city of Zagazig, and is visited by a large number of patients daily.
She also added that illegal medicines and medical supplies were seized inside the facility in Zagazig, noting that all legal measures were taken against the doctor and the clinic complex, and the illegal medicines were seized.
