Popular delegations filled Karami’s office in the Karam al-Qulla Palace in Tripoli after the Constitutional Council issued a decision upholding his appeal and quashed Dr. Rami Fung’s indictment.

Karami spoke in the audience, thanking the Constitutional Council, saying, “It has returned the right to its owners in Tripoli and Miniyeh al-Danniyeh.”
