Dublin Developer to Transform Fairview Site into Age-Friendly Apartments
In a significant move for Fairview, Dublin 3, a developer has purchased a 0.66-acre property at 80 Philipsburgh Avenue for approximately €3 million, with plans to construct 42 age-friendly apartments. In 2019, Giffney placed the property on the market alongside the adjacent Fairview Pitch and Putt grounds, initially seeking €3.5 million. With the sale of the property now finalized, Cabhrú Housing Association has successfully obtained planning permission from An Bord Pleanála to move forward with the construction of the apartments.
