24 altar boys teams from the Waldviertel and Mostviertel played in the “Fair Kick” tournament on March 2nd in Melk Abbey. The altar boys and girls from the parishes of St. Georgen/Klaus, Waidhofen/Ybbs and Konradsheim from the Ybbstal were able to qualify – all of them showed great performances.

Ybbstaler Minis are extremely strong at the diocesan football tournament.
The altar boys from the Waidhofen parishes of St. Georgen/Klaus, Waidhofen/Ybbs and Konradsheim took part in the “Fair Kick” tournament in Melk Abbey.
The tournament was organized by the diocesan sports community and the youth ministry. At the beginning, the Krems “sports priest” Franz Richter gave the young athletes a blessing. The KJ Steinakirchen provided the culinary supplies. Reinhard Länger, President of the Catholic Action St. Pölten, presented the winner’s certificates.
